Pelion's most famous short walk, an easy, shaded kalderimi along a stream and over little wooden bridges, where myth placed the centaurs.

The best-known path in Pelion, short, almost flat, and beautiful. It follows a stream through beech and plane trees, crossing a series of little wooden bridges, in the glen where legend placed the centaurs.
The walk
From the Adamena stone gate and fountain at Portaria, the cobbled path runs gently up beside running water (year-round except high summer) to the Mana spring, ideal for families.

- Trail status: the September 2023 floods damaged this glen and restoration has been ongoing, please confirm it’s reopened locally before you set out.
- Easy, shaded, with excellent spring water; can be slippery after rain.
